1. Abhyanga (Oil Massage):
A full-body massage using warm herbal oils tailored to the individual’s dosha (body constitution). Abhyanga helps to nourish the skin, strengthen the tissues, improve circulation, and relax the mind.
2. Shirodhara:
A therapy where a steady stream of warm herbal oil is poured over the forehead. It is deeply relaxing and is believed to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote better sleep.
3. Pizhichil:
A unique therapy that combines a warm oil bath and a gentle massage. It is effective in treating ailments like arthritis, paralysis, and nervous disorders.
4. Swedana (Herbal Steam Bath):
A steam therapy where the body is exposed to herbal steam, which opens up the pores, removes toxins, and improves circulation.
5. Navarakizhi:
A special treatment involving a massage with small poultices filled with Navara rice, cooked in milk and a herbal decoction. This treatment nourishes the body, softens the skin, and strengthens muscles.
6. Panchakarma (Detoxification):
A series of five therapies that cleanse and detoxify the body. The five therapies include Vamana (emesis), Virechana (purgation), Nasya (nasal therapy), Basti (medicated enema), and Raktamokshana (bloodletting). Not all may be included in a rejuvenation package, but a combination may be selected based on the individual’s needs.
7. Diet and Herbal Supplements:
A customized diet plan with nourishing, easy-to-digest foods is provided. Herbal supplements and tonics such as Chyawanprash, Ashwagandha, and Amalaki may be prescribed to support the rejuvenation process.
