  • 08:00am – 12:30pm – Consultation and administration of Ayurveda treatments according to prescribed individual treatment plans under resident doctors’ supervision.
  • 12:30pm – 02:30pm – Lunch
  • 1:30pm – 05:00pm – Administration of treatments / therapies as per individual treatment plans under resident doctors’ supervision.
  • 05:00pm – 06:00pm – Yoga (6 days a week)
  • 07:00pm – 09:30pm – Dinner
  • Meditation (once a week)
  • Ayurveda Cooking Demonstration (once a week)
  • Factory Visit – Ayurveda medicine preparation facility (once a week)
