This involves inducing sweat through steam, often combined with herbal infusions, to open up the pores and eliminate toxins through the skin.

6. Rasayana Therapy

Post-detoxification, Rasayana therapy involves rejuvenating the body with herbs, dietary guidelines, and lifestyle changes to restore vitality and enhance longevity.

7. Lifestyle and Routine Changes

Incorporating daily routines (Dinacharya) like tongue scraping, oil pulling, and regular exercise tailored to one’s constitution (Prakriti) supports ongoing detoxification.

Custom Detox Packages

Ayurvedic detox programs are often tailored to the individual’s constitution (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), health condition, and specific needs. These packages may range from a few days to several weeks and are usually administered in Ayurvedic clinics or wellness centers. They typically include a combination of the above therapies, along with meditation, yoga, and dietary guidance.
